# Grade Final Exam

> Grade a final-exam attempt (module_index 0). Same contract as
grade_module_quiz above: body is {attempt_id, answers}, denominator is the
server-persisted served set, 409 attempt_already_graded on a re-grade, 503
grading_unavailable (retryable) on AI outage.

Auth: portal API key + X-Learner-Email header.

Returns 200 {score, max_score, percentage, passed, pass_threshold,
completion_pct}. Pass threshold is 70%. A passing final-exam grade is one
of the certificate eligibility gates (see get_certificate).
